Before you touch pricing, tiers, or packaging, run this short sequence. It is the Offer Alignment Audit, and it exists because most offer struggles are not actually about the offer. They are about whether the offer is built from the right place inside you first.
Name the zone the offer is built from. Is it built from what you are truly best at and love, or from what you are simply good at and have done for years? You cannot move past this step until you can name your genius zone in one sentence.
Score Conviction, Confidence, and Congruence, each 0 to 10. Do you believe people need this. Can you actually deliver it. Does it feel good in your body. The ultimate question is simple: is your offer a full-body yes, for you and for them?
Score People, Problem, Promise, and Process, each 1 to 10. Anything below 7 is not a small tweak, it is a sign that piece needs a real redesign.
